Production Operator

Based in Malta and reporting to the Production Manager, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manufacture products according to technical specifications and production schedules.
  • Operate production machinery and tools.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of materials and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
  • Document and report any defects or inconsistencies found during the production process.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the production process and suggest enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Clean police conduct.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
