The Sonic 2026-V multibeam survey system is now available with UHR 700kHz option in addition to the 100kHz extended sounding depth and standard 170-450kHz selectable frequencies. This coupled with the Ultra High Density (UHD) feature of 1024 independent soundings per ping, provides improved data density across the swath and unprecedented visual clarity and detail.

Antifouling Protection

Unique non-ablative, non-toxic, antifouling protection is available as an option on all new – and used – survey systems. In many environments barnacle build up can be severe, blocking the active sensor components and affecting the performance of your system, resulting in hours lost in cleaning and in some cases, expensive dry docking.

Unlike traditional antifouling primers that may be toxic or degrade over time, this clear coating applied to the array face is designed to last over the full life of the sensor. This video experiment clearly illustrates the benefit in practice.
